Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Georgia

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Overview:
Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) looking to make a lasting impact in your community? We are seeking a motivated LCSW to join our mental health team in Georgia. In this role, you'll provide therapeutic support to individuals, families, and groups while working in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to clients across diverse backgrounds
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Participate in regular case reviews, staff meetings, and training sessions

Requirements

Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Georgia
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
