As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Information Technology to take ownership of our evolving technology landscape and lead our team into the next era of digital transformation.   Position Summary: The Director of IT will play a critical role in shaping, modernizing, and scaling our technology strategy across all business units. This leader will be responsible for the discovery, evaluation, and implementation of software and hardware solutions that improve efficiency, support growth, and enhance operational excellence. You will oversee core system upgrades—including Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Field Management Software (FMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Project Management tools, and cloud collaboration platforms—while ensuring these solutions are aligned with business strategy.   Key Responsibilities: ∙  Technology Leadership: Lead the design and execution of JLG’s technology roadmap, aligning tools and systems with company growth objectives. ∙  Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Previous experience in a leadership role with direct reports is preferred. ∙  Systems Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement enterprise systems and platforms that streamline operations across HR, sales, field operations, and project management. ∙  Modernization & Integration: Oversee the build-out and scalable integration of JLG’s technology stack. Drive cloud migrations (e.g., Google Drive to OneDrive), Outlook migrations, and ERP implementations. ∙  Business Process Improvement: Identify and implement technologies to improve internal processes, reduce manual effort, and increase cross-functional efficiency. ∙  Vendor & Partner Management: Manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with business goals. ∙  Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Play a key role in long-term planning and annual budgeting for IT operations and capital improvements. ∙  Documentation & Governance: Develop technical requirements, author Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure proper documentation and compliance practices. #   Qualifications: ∙  Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field required.
