**Hello! We are currently hiring for Mechanical Assembler here in Mesa, AZ!** **Job Description** + Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components. + Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality. + Coach and train lower-level assemblers, providing guidance and mentoring on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. + Ensure that the team is adhering to all safety and regulatory compliance standards. + Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. + Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues. + Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure that the assembled products meet company standards and specifications. + Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly and ensure that stock is kept at optimal levels. + Assist with the setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment used in the assembly process. + Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency. **Essential Skills** + At least 3-5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles, with experience in leadership or team supervision. + Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents, including engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications. + Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to train and mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. + Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines without compromising quality. **Shifts and Pay** + M-F. + 6 am - 2:30 pm. + $20-23/hour. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in mechanical assembly of larger components. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Experience working on an assembly line. **Why Work Here** + Enjoy a competitive salary with a short-term bonus incentive plan. + Work in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility with modern, state-of-the-art technology in Mesa, Arizona. + Benefit from medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, paid time off, and an employee assistance program. + Be part of a dynamic team open to change and contribute to a green industry transformation. + The company promotes career advancement and internal promotion, providing a fast-growing dynamic environment where entrepreneurial spirit is recognized. + You will work in an inclusive and diversity-friendly environment with electric charging stations available. **Work Environment** + The work environment requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as required. + You must be able to climb portable ladders and use Personal Protection Equipment as necessary. + Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential. + The workplace is equipped with industry 4.0 technology and promotes a culture of continuous improvement. + The manufacturing shop is completely Air Conditioned. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
