**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This role is essential in ensuring our apartment units are move-in ready and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience with unit turnovers and be comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks. Once hired directly, participation in an on-call rotation will be required. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform unit turnovers including painting, patching, cleaning, and general repairs + Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues + Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance + Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner + Maintain a clean and organized work environment + Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (post-direct hire) **Qualifications:** + 1+ year of experience in apartment or property maintenance + Strong knowledge of general maintenance tools and techniques + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
