Video Content Creator

Location : Remote

Role Summary:

Vital Tech Solutions is seeking a sharp, creative, and reliable Video Content Creator to support our HR Knowledge Management team. In this role, you will design and produce both instructional and promotional videos using SundaySky. The ideal candidate will be skilled in interpreting technical documentation and applying branding and accessibility standards to create clear, engaging content. While video creation will be your primary responsibility, occasional involvement in writing job aids and articles, script creation, content development using Copilot AI, content review, and light QA will be required to ensure content clarity and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish instructional and promotional videos using SundaySky, developing scripts based on technical documentation or content outlines.
• Collaborate with content writers and subject matter experts to turn complex HR processes into clear and engaging video content.
• Use Copilot AI to assist with content development, including script generation and content refinement.
• Apply consistent branding to all video content.
• Write and update job aids and articles related to HR processes, ensuring they align with video content.
• Manage multiple video projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while maintaining creativity and compliance.
• Organize and manage project files and assets with proper version control.
• Assist with content review and light QA as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SundaySky (or similar video automation tools like Vyond, Animoto, or Biteable).
• Proven experience creating both instructional and promotional video content, particularly within the HR space.
• Strong scriptwriting skills and the ability to create clear, engaging content from technical documentation.
• Proficiency in using Copilot AI for content development, including script generation and refinement.
• Strong writing skills for creating job aids and articles related to HR processes.
• Attention to detail, with a focus on branding and consistency.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to accept constructive feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR content, benefits enrollment, or Workday is a MUST
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices for video production (e.g., contrast, readability).
• Basic understanding of knowledge management systems, SharePoint, or content review processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within HR or healthcare.
