Multi-State MedSpa Sales Manager – Travel Role with Luxury Spa Brand

Full-Time | Base $3,000 + High Commission | Paid Flights, Hotels, Car, and Gas | Career Growth

Are you a confident leader with MedSpa experience and ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're hiring a Multi-State Sales Manager to help grow one of the fastest-growing MedSpa groups in the U.S.

You'll travel to select spa locations across Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas — overseeing in-spa teams, launching new locations, and driving client sales in a luxury setting.

✨ What You'll Be Doing:

• Travel to key MedSpa locations and help align sales performance and client experience

• Oversee daily operations and coach in-spa sales teams to hit revenue goals

• Support new spa openings — help establish processes, train staff, and drive launch sales

• Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and leadership teams

• Sell premium MedSpa services (injectables, skincare, memberships)

• Typically assigned to one location at a time (60–90 days), depending on business needs

✅ Who We're Looking For:

Please apply only if you meet these qualifications:

• 1+ year of MedSpa or aesthetic clinic experience (non-negotiable)

• Experience leading spa or clinic teams (multi-location leadership is a plus)

• Proven sales performance – you know how to close, coach, and grow

• Flexible schedule and full availability to travel for work

• Professional appearance and strong client communication skills

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $3,000/month during onboarding

• Commission: 5%–10% on net sales (uncapped earning potential)

Travel Notes:

• Spa locations are in FL, GA, IN, KY, OH, OK, TN, and TX

• You will NOT travel constantly — typically 60–90 days per assignment

• You'll only be assigned to spas where support is needed

• Accommodations are fully paid throughout your assignment

• Work schedule is Sunday through Friday (Saturdays off)
