Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Task Order Project Manager to support the execution of large, complex task orders under a broader program. This role works closely with the Program Manager and government stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions, project deliverables, and schedules are executed in alignment with contract requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, leadership within IT or consulting environments, and a solid understanding of DoD contracting procedures and security clearance requirements.

Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the project manager for large or complex task orders, or for a group of related task orders impacting the same system.
• Assist the Program Manager in communication and coordination with the Contracting Officer, Task Order Managers, and customer agency representatives.
• Provide overall task order management, ensuring scope, schedule, and technical requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate and oversee implementation of technical solutions in alignment with the task order’s objectives and timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with government stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide status updates, risk management, and issue resolution in collaboration with team leads and government counterparts.
• Ensure compliance with all security and programmatic requirements associated with DoD standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA), OR an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Relevant technical certification from a nationally recognized authority.
• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification – IAM Level III (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSLC).
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in IT or consulting within the public and/or private sector.
• Must possess IT-II clearance, or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.
