Quick Response CNAs (STNAs) are a crucial part of our mission, offering immediate assistance to patients and families during urgent changes. STNA CNA Weekends Shift: 

• Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 PM - 8:30 AM 

STNA CNA Weekends Qualifications:

• Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.
• 6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurse Aide is required.
• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.
• Must have a reliable vehicle/transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.
• Travel to the office in Dayton, OH is required.
