Position Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
• Prepare accurate estimates and invoices for services rendered.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure clear understanding of service requirements.
• Manage and track customer appointments, follow-ups, and service history.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is a plus.
• Previous experience in a service writer or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
