Our client is a manufacturer of specialty materials that are used in everyday products. Consumers rely daily on these materials to ensure products maintain and function at a high level. Because of their diverse material solutions, this company is set for stability for decades to come. Here is your chance to join their team as a Quality Manager.

Duties of the Quality Manager include:

Oversee the quality inspection/testing of materials and finished products to ensure they meet industry and quality standards
Manage a small team of QA employees and provide training as needed
Use continuous improvement initiatives to improve product and material quality
Perform the root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective actions
Work with customers to investigate customer QA issues
Lead and participate in quality audits
Work collaboratively with other plant departments and management to solve quality issues

Requirements for the Quality Manager include:

Prior quality assurance experience in chemical manufacturing environment
Willingness to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues
Strong knowledge of ISO standards.
