Product Owner with Digital Loyalty and Engagement

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Owner for our Loyalty Team, focused on developing digital experiences that drive engagement, gamification, and community throughout the guest journey - pre-cruise, during cruise, and post-cruise. This position will be involved in designing experiences associated with Brand Loyalty, Casino Loyalty, and Co-brand Credit Card programs.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years' experience in product management, with a strong emphasis on loyalty engagement and mobile apps.
• Substantial experience in delivering mobile experiences and dealing with mobile and app technologies.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling digital products that enhance user engagement.
• Ability to partner with engineering, lead grooming and planning sessions, and manage a Jira-based backlog.
• In-depth knowledge of offers/rewards platforms and loyalty program ecosystems.
• Proven experience developing digital communities and social engagement platforms.
• Bachelor's degree required; MS, MBA, or other relevant advanced degrees preferred.
