As our Food Preparation, Cleaning, and Organizing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing fresh ingredients to ensure our burgers are always top-notch.
-Managing product levels, ensuring that all items remain in stock at all times.
-Track product usage and waste to ensure costs remain optimal.
-Develop and manage a system for tracking and monitoring product usage on our 4 food trucks.
-Inspect Food Trucks and hold accountable Food Truck Drivers/Managers to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Keeping the kitchen and food prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Assisting with organizing supplies and ensuring everything is in its place.
- Supporting the team with any additional tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 2 years of experience in food preparation, cleaning, organizing, or a similar role.
- A strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.
- A motivated and self-driven attitude to tackle tasks with enthusiasm.
- Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and organization standards are met.
