Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused salesperson to join our team. As a Suit Store Salesperson specializing in wedding, prom, and LDS mission outfits, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers in selecting the perfect attire for their important events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in finding the ideal suits, tuxedos, and accessories for weddings, proms, and LDS missions.
  • Providing personalized styling advice and recommendations based on individual preferences and event requirements.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail throughout the fitting and purchasing process.
  • Handling online orders and inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and efficient processing.
  • Performing restocking duties to maintain inventory levels and ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management, which may include administrative duties, organizing promotional events, or assisting with store maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a formal wear or fashion-related setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized styling advice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Knowledge of LDS missionary dress standards and formal attire trends is preferred but not required.
