Job Summary: 

The Club Concierge will be responsible for total Club Member satisfaction from pre-arrival contact, logistics in the bookings and reconfirmation of reservations, fully acquainted with local points of interest, maintain Club Lounge refreshments and services, POS, complimentary food and beverage services. Job Specifications:

  • Outlet: Beaver Creek Club

  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 / hour

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time & Part-Time

    • Weekends required

  • Skill Level: Entry Level 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill all daily operations of the Beaver Creek Club
  • Answer phone calls, email, and in-person inquiries regarding Beaver Creek Club
  • Work on a computer with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and speed
  • Assisting members with lift ticket and pass purchases
  • Resolve guest relations and/or product issues in an expedient manner
  • Foster special relationships with members to anticipate needs
  • Assisting in setting the Club up for the day
  • Assisting members with equipment needs
  • Assist in managing locker assignments
  • Provide on-going feedback to Beaver Creek Club Lead or Manager regarding team or guest service issues, and determine solutions and suggestions
  • Must be able to multitask, be versatile, and be flexible

Job Requirements:

  • Available to work weekend shifts - required
  • High School diploma or equivalent – required
  • Some college experience – preferred
  • Prior guest service experience – required
  • Valid, active driver's license -- can pass MRV check – required (Applicable for team members driving a Company vehicle.
  • RPOS or other Point of Sale software - preferred
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - required
  • English - required
  • Can clearly express self verbally and in writing, using correct grammar - required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment with high profile members - required
  • Ability to lift and transport 30 pounds - required
  • Must be able to work the whole season, to include scheduled weekends and holidays - required
  • Adherence to Presentation Policy – required
  • Demonstrates attention to detail – required

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $24.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
