Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and support our organizational goals. You will work closely with various departments to create compelling content for multiple channels, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plans that align with organizational goals.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Manage and cultivate relationships with media representatives and outlets.
Write and distribute press releases and media advisories to promote key initiatives and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit environment.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
