Responsibilities: • Repair Excellence: Diagnose and repair cell phone issues with precision and care, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a positive experience.  • Sales and Upselling: Demonstrate a willingness to promote and sell additional products or services, contributing to our business growth.  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, maintaining a collaborative environment that supports shared goals and values.  • Travel: You will be traveling around your geographical area to support clients and their electronics repair needs. Qualifications: • Preferred qualifications include proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field, but we are open to training the right candidate. A strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for keeping up with the latest technology are essential.  • Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with a focus on fostering positive interactions.  • Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to executing tasks at a high level are also important. • We value humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. A valid driver's license is required.
