Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our clients’ brands in a variety of settings. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage with diverse audiences, promote positive brand experiences, and contribute to successful marketing activations. This role may include participating in product launches, pop-up events, trade shows, or digital campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

• Represent client brands in a professional, enthusiastic, and authentic manner
• Engage with consumers to create positive and memorable brand interactions
• Support event activations, product sampling, and promotional activities
• Distribute branded materials and provide accurate information about products and services
• Collect consumer feedback and data for client reporting
• Assist in event setup and teardown, maintaining adherence to brand standards
• Create and post approved content on social platforms, when applicable

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in activations, promotions, & or events
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to engage with the public in a variety of settings
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and brand guidelines
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
• Social media experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• May involve standing for extended periods, walking, light lifting (up to 50lbs), and other physical activity
