Job Description

Rock Island Grill in Chickasha, OK is looking for someone who can wait tables and make bar drinks for the other staff. Not a face to face bartending job, will make cocktails for all customers and still probably wait on some tables also.

• Please come to an open interview between 4pm and 5pm any Tuesday through Staurday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Will probably also wait tables and serve food
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Bartending experience not necessary, we will train
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate and Oklahoma liquor servers license
