**Job Title** Audio Visual Technician **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** Job Description Assists client in supporting all Audio-Visual business requirements, provides alternative solutions & opportunities, identifies time & cost constraints and delivers high level corporate conference settings for meetings & events. Coordinates Audio-Visual services with other departments and outside vendors as required. Maintains Audio-Visual equipment by diagnosing problems, recommending and implementing modifications, or by securing outside maintenance/repair services. Trouble shoots equipment problems to avoid schedule delays. May perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment as needed. Operates Audio-Visual equipment, including cameras, lighting, and other equipment for a variety of purposes (e.g., training events, presentations, lectures, employee meetings, etc.) as required. Maintains all Audio-Visual equipment manuals. Develops and maintains guidelines for use of Audio-Visual equipment. Maintains current knowledge pertaining to Audio-Visual technologies, techniques, and equipment. Sets up and adjusts Audio-Visual equipment according to customers' specifications. Assist Facilities Technicians with minor preventative maintenance activities (e.g., lighting bulb replacements, air filter changes, pest control devise inspections, etc.) Must be able to accommodate the following: **Fast learner with attention to detail.** **Professional appearance at all times.** **Audio-Visual and Photography experience a plus.** **Ability to transport/setup AV equipment, backdrop & booths.** **Must be able to lift 50 lbs.** **Physically capable to transport/setup heavy equipment.** **Self-motivated.** **Clean driving record.** **Strong communication, customer service skills required.** **Good hearing and eyesight.** **Ability to stand for long periods of time.** AAP/EEO STATEMENT C&W provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
