Job Title: Assembler – Medical Device Manufacturing (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Devens, MA

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Rotating Schedule

Pay: $20.00/hour + Overtime Opportunities

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Overview:

A leading medical device manufacturer in the Devens, MA area is seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Assembler positions in a cleanroom environment . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent hours, hands-on training, and long-term career growth potential.

No prior manufacturing experience is required — we provide full training!

Schedule Details:

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule:
• Week A: Work 3 days (36 hours)
• Week B: Work 4 days (48 hours) — includes built-in overtime
• Includes every other weekend off

What You'll Do:

• Assemble small components for medical devices in a cleanroom environment
• Follow written instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform visual inspections for quality assurance
• Use basic hand tools or automated equipment (training provided)
• Accurately document production activity

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in a gowning-required cleanroom environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must complete a pre-employment assessment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
